Priced at £30 per person, including all equipment and coaching with our highly qualified and enthusiastic instructors, a half day surf lesson in Newquay at Errant Surf School is a great taster into the art of surfing.
The surf lesson will start out with a full beach lesson. This lesson covers technique in walking out through the surf to waist depth, basic wave selection, basic terminology, paddling technique, jumping up to your feet, board control and ocean safety including wiping out, rips and tides and surfing’s un-written rules.
You will then enter the surf, up to waist depth. This will allow your instructor to help pull you into waves. So from your first dip you will have the chance to practice jumping to your feet in the white water.
Half day surf lessons in Newquay start at 10am or 2pm
